Entry Materials
All entries into the 2007 Brick In Home Building Awards will require several components. For your ease and convenience, each of these elements will be submitted via our online competition website
.
After setting up your initial registration, you may begin creating your entry. You may save your entry at any point and will be able to revise or enhance your submission at any point up until the competition's closing date. The entry does not have to be completed all at once.
The following components will be required of each entry submitted to the Brick In Home Building Awards program:
- Project Description & Details - required
Answers to the following questions should fully explain the project's design goals, concepts, solutions, site characteristics, and limiting factors. Emphasis should be on the role and use of brick, but answers should also give an understanding of the project as a whole.
- Provide a general overview or summary of the project. For multi-family projects, include the number and size of units.
- Define the project's functional requirements. How did the use of clay brick meet those requirements?
- Define the project's aesthetic goals. How did the use of clay brick help meet those goals?
- Provide an overview of your sales success and customer satisfaction. How did the use of brick affect your sales and customer satisfaction?
- Photography & Floor Plan - required
